Pros

Sandy is a good manager and has a solid head on her shoulders. Don't be an idiot and you'll have no problems. The CDL training is pretty good but it locks you in for a period of time, or you pay back a big fee if you leave early. Just read the fine print and understand the commitment. (Summer months don't count toward your period of time, even if you're driving.)

Cons

The pay is ok, especially given the hours, but it's still a bit hard to fully support yourself alone. Great job for care taker for someone with special needs or elderly during the day, or an artist, if you have some support financially or live cheaply with other folks. Split shift takes a bit to get use to, and isn't for everyone, but it allows for the middle of the day to be free, and to still get home at a regular hour. There are no bennifits

Strict timing to be in place for morning and afternoon routes. No flexibility.
