      Great designers, experienced sales and quality control teams, half day Fridays

      Cons

      Little to no paid time off offered outside of Jewish Holidays, Hacidic owned company with antiquated business and management practices, negative work environment due to poor management, recent layoffs because of financial struggles, poor health benefits, unsafe office location in dangerous low income community

      Owners and some employees are very nice.

      Uncomfortable environment. "Do as I say and that's all" type of place. No real training.

      Getting out early on Friday's

      Where to start... Bad management, have people with no experience running departments. Will not promote talented workers, no trust of employees, will make you drive in under blizzard like conditions. Vents are not cleaned and employees are always sick. Offices smell of cat urine.
