Pros

There were no pro working for this company or than the employees were friendly

Cons

There training was horrendous as well as they will hire you for a specific job description, and then in the middle of your probation period completely change the role on you as well as there expectations. Then even before completing your probation period advising that you are not meeting their expectations and that they want to part ways. Please i would recommend to working elsewhere.

Pros

The company has been growing rapidly so there are a lot opportunities for career growth. Relaxed atmosphere, casual dress code. Opportunity to work for a company that has a good social impact.

Cons

Company hasn't invested a whole lot operations and processes. A lot of this is the result of the rapid growth of the company. However, it can be frustrating to get support on certain projects.

Pros

-Great opportunity to work with highly talented and diverse colleagues -The work done by ACAMS and its members have a positive social impact -Global organization with a strong remote work culture -Competitive benefits (401k matching, insurance, PTO)

Cons

-In Service Ops, management is apathetic and lacks leadership. Staff is left to pick up the pieces on their own. -Rather than supporting career development and promoting from within, they prefer external hires and outsourcing. They have no problem laying off several tenured employees to offload their work overseas. American workers are seen as an expense and not an asset worth investing in. —“Hands-off” (absentee) supervisors. This could be a pro depending on your working style and preference. If management that cares about you, job stability and growth within a company is important to you, look elsewhere.
