-ultra-MAGA, Q-Anon, alt right culture -Golf and (loudly) shared toxic values are key for networking -Petty, unprofessional, spiteful management and supervisors - plant employees literally have large extremist group symbols on their vehicles in the parking lot -Hostile and unsafe work environment if you aren't willing to WWG1WGA -It can't be emphasized enough how incapable aftermarket support leadership is -very outdated customer service/field service practices that are the exact opposite of current business etiquette -feedback solicited but not welcomed unless it matches office jargon and management biases -constructive dismissal is a management tool
