Victimisation, bullies and racism

Pros

People are the only good thing about this place

Cons

If your face fits you seem to be fast tracked, if it doesnt you will be lumbered with menial tasks and eventually driven out of the company through bullying or victimisation. Moronic supervisors, HR are 100% not interested in your issues and you are told you are replaceable if you complain. Morale in the whole business is on the floor and many good people are jumping ship or have already left. Issues with racism and bullying are brushed under the carpet and not dealt with by management. Unapproachable higher management. Horrible place to work

Can be good sometimes but should be better

Pros

The people, probably the one reason that most of us choose to stay. Healthy sales figures and salaries can be decent dependant on department.

Cons

Horrendous HR department, have zero consideration for staffs personal circumstances. We do have a life outside of AP Racing! Poor management and senior staff who contribute little to the business.

The worst employer

Pros

Amount of holidays and consistent work.

Cons

The management team have no people skills and follow policies and procedures made up by HR. People are treated unfairly and are made false promises by management. There is bullying and racism all over the company in various departments which is covered up by certain managers. It’s a horrible place to work and people should avoid at all costs.
