Cons
Startup: If you like a highly structured, highly process-driven company with limited changes, you should look elsewhere.

Pros
+ Competitive compensation and benefits. + Minimal calls and meetings. + Easy access to anyone in the organization for any questions. + Monthly company updates where the CEO and COO break down the numbers and explain their impact on the business. Personally, I found this to be a great way to gain a broader understanding of business. + Constantly working on different projects. + No "we're a family" nonsense - just "work harder, get paid more." + Leaving the company wasn't dramatic, and we were able to discuss a "win-win" situation. I might consider coming back in the future.
Cons
- Occasionally, you have to manage legacy syncs and API deprecations. - Clients are spread across various US time zones, making it tough to maintain a work-life balance at times. - Dependence on certain app support teams and their slow response times can create a lot of tension and throw off your planning. - A "niche" business
