we work hard, but also get to play hard...Holidays (and general fundays) are always enjoyable. Innovative marketing team that keeps us engaged in Social Media. Check out or FB, Instagram and Twitter pages...we Rock!

    Cons

Not a major issue: but due to Smaller organization - not as much opportunity for growth. (However, as individuals - you can grow/learn new things - the sky's the limit!)

    Pros

Competitive pay for your skill level

    Cons

Company should consider providing paid vacation time as many of its competitors currently do

    Advice to Management

Would make the company more competitive to offer vacation pay like many other agencies currently do

I worked at APR Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Didn't get a chance to ultimately work for them, but cannot say enough abouttheir professionalism. Always followed through with calls, paperwork. Made sure I had all the documentation and information regarding the position.

    Cons

Didn't really have a con. If you are looking for nothing but permanent, remember this is a employment agency.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up - not many companies are like yours anymore.

I worked at APR Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was asked by APR to present (5) years of my W-2s for employment verification purposes. That's way too personal!!!

    Cons

The work environment was awesome at Kaiser Permanente and my supervisor was great!! Lots of great training!!

    Advice to Management

Majority of the Employers today do not ask for a persons W-2's why do they ask for them. That type of information is very personal. Communicate honestly with employees

    Pros

A group of knowledgable professionals from all corners of production and related fields.

No real training or organization. It feels very high school in that their are insiders and outcasts. No real review or clear promotion path.

    Advice to Management

Institute an over arching structure and consistent benchmarks for success

    Pros

Great company with amazing forward thinking in the ad production industry. I learned a lot from the subject matter experts, and the people I met from all across the world who worked for APR were awesome!

    Cons

Our team mostly worked remotely from home and occasionally met at the team leaders house for work. Would have preferred a more neutral environment for day-to-day work execution.
