      Pros

      At the beginning, the idea of having to attend online training for 3 weeks seemed alot. But it was fun and insightful. I learned alot and started looking forward to training. 3 weeks passed in a breeze.

      Cons

      Can't think of any cons. If any, it was just that some days the training went on a little longer than expected and overlapped with my other responsibilities but it didnt happen often.

      Pros

      I just finished my Level-1 Training. It was great...thorough. Lots to learn and details to remember. Videos and live training via Google meet were a great help. Wonderful opportunities here...great team back-up for encouragement, support and motivation. Takes a lot of discipline to work on assignments steadily. Never give up!

      Cons

      If I do not succeed, it is because I am too preoccupied with my own thing (personal life), bad planning and inconsistency.

      Not many. Good for interns only

      Cons

      Limited employee benefits. No employee engagement (working in Library kind of environment - boring), just clock in and clock out. No appreciation or no motivation.
