    Pros

    Great pay, bonus and benefits. Strong senior management that knows what they are doing and workforce that are knowledgeable and skilled.

    Cons

    Departments are pitted against each other. Not a team environment.

    Big company, you are pretty much a number, being a female you're not so welcome in the field

    women need to be treated better in the field

    A top 500 company, Terrific work environment in Southern California. Best company I have ever worked with, with great benifit's, and easy to get along with staff,

    Cons

    Living in California and working an average daily 80 to 100 degree heat, can get to be a
    bit tiresome.

    Keep getting those great contracts.

    Good work environment. The people there are friendly. Flexible working hours.

    working hours can be long. Health insurance has no options and is $.

    Get a training program showing how ARB works. Such as forms, payments, safety etc.

    Pros

    Great starting salary with excellent benefits package. Could be very flexible when it comes to requesting vacation time. Company vehicle and expense account.

    Cons

    Safety culture is very difficult to work with. No communication between most individuals in safety department. No respect or seriousness given by craft employees. Tarnished reputation.

    Advice to Management

    Step up to the plate and start holding employees accountable with safety violations. Stop hiring individuals that don't give the department a reputable name.
