    Pros

Good salary and great benefits. Management is competent and does not micromanage. Work was routine but challenging at times. Conflicts were resolved appropriately and policies were always followed.

Good benefits, good people to work with, plenty of ot, certain supervisors are great, the company supplied most of the tools needed for your job.

The pay is good, the benefits are decent if you are a union employee. The work hours provide a week break every month.

    Pros

Many positions within the company offer entry level employees the opportunity to be developed as they advance through different areas of company. The benefits are very comprehensive and start on the first day. There are many opportunities for advancement. When thinking about the company, the word "longevity" comes to mind. The COO Manuel Ramos is very much for the employees and I have never heard anyone speak negatively about him. It is great to have good leadership.

    Cons

At the present time there is often a heavy workload as many departments are stretched thin however that could be looked at as "job security" by some.
In general it seems a common trend is hurry up and wait as there will be a push to complete a project and then a decision being made will stall the progress. Things can often be slow moving.

    Advice to Management

Continue to provide opportunities for advancement to entry level employees which will continue to support the longevity and loyalty of employees in the company. Continue to provide benefits that are competitive to those offered by other large companies.
