Good location, Some decent people
Cons
The work itself became redundant after a few months. Innovation for the screw manufacturing does not change much. The relationship between the shop floor and the office personnel is quite poor. Also, the quality issues you must face are repetitive, lack-luster, and honestly feel insignificant for a engineer to dedicate time too.
