      Pros

      Compensation is good for the area and benefits are one of the best. Sometimes senior management does not understand the ground reality

      Cons

      Commute and work life balance take s a hit sometimes.. and also its always work and no play atmosphere in the office culture.

      Pros

      Fun colleagues/team members. Social club and mini events by social club are a nice touch. Flexible lunch. Very easy location to get to in city centre via public transport (dart & bus).

      Cons

      No career development or opportunities. No benefits - no health insurance, nothing! Poor work life balance due to long hours. Management have not made any effort to fix problems. No salary ladder or monetary motivation reward system. Arrogant (unqualified!) staff members who are difficult to work with and 'delegate' far too much to already overworked teams. Bad management has led to a very oppressive atmosphere. Staff at director levels are very, very poor and have acted very unprofessional on several occasions. Directors do not have industry experience and/or degrees in the field. It is quite alarming that top level management continuously employee staff at that level with sub par qualifications.

      Pros

      Annual leave, Social Club, Free Food approx once a month with fruit provided daily.

      Cons

      I moved to another agency and quickly learned AVB (Belfast) & McCannBlue (Dublin) are nothing in comparison. I witnessed in my opinion what I would deem as bullying and several cases of extremely unprofessional behaviour. I left in 2016, company may have improved since then. Lots of people have since left so I wouldn't be confident problems have been fixed.
