No career development or opportunities. No benefits - no health insurance, nothing! Poor work life balance due to long hours. Management have not made any effort to fix problems. No salary ladder or monetary motivation reward system. Arrogant (unqualified!) staff members who are difficult to work with and 'delegate' far too much to already overworked teams.
Bad management has led to a very oppressive atmosphere. Staff at director levels are very, very poor and have acted very unprofessional on several occasions. Directors do not have industry experience and/or degrees in the field. It is quite alarming that top level management continuously employee staff at that level with sub par qualifications.
