You have to pay a lot out of pocket for benefits. Very little PTO. Workers are overworked in order to keep profits high for the owner. Customers service also goes by the way in order to serve high numbers- quantity over quality. They don't follow through on verbal promises, get anything and everything in writing.

Not a friendly place to work they are never willing to listen and if go against something that you think is not right they never forget and hold it. Not a great company to work for maybe a stepping stone in your life. Don't think it's a company you can retire from.
