      Strong athletes and community, but poor leadership and pay

      Great Athletes, Nice community to live in, Some great coaches -not all

      Cons

      Overworked, always understaffed -don't fill open positions, lack of leadership in athletics. No home/work life balance. Coaches disrespect the athletic training staff. Way underpaid.

      Supportive kids but challenging administration dynamics

      Pros

      Great group of kids to work with. Most of them men sports think they’re all going to play professional. Women’s sports are more grounded and they understand they are there for an education.

      Cons

      Administration and coaching staff are very difficult to work with. Was like working in a “good old boys” club except they were all women.

      Supportive administration. Friendly and helpful staff. Great colleagues. Good benefits. Beautiful state.

      Remote location. Lower pay (although okay for the area). Quality of students .
