    Pros

Most everyone was great to work with, staff is young and fun with some older people

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Fun office environment to work. Fun people to work with. If you love sports this is a great company

    Cons

No growth in the company. No direction. Feel like it is a industry that will not last much longer

    Advice to Management

Pick a direction for the company and try to take it there other than just going with the flow and seeing where it takes you.

    -No real strict hierarchy
-Laid back work environment, no real dress code or restrictions

    Cons

    -Work can be somewhat monotonous
-Sometimes I was left with little to do.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! Everyone seems to enjoy working there for the most part.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Location was great, compensation was ok.

    Cons

The main cons were that there was not alot of room for growth. There also wasn't much mentorship and finally the work really was not that interesting.

    Advice to Management

    Reconsider your long term strategy.
