I cannot think of any pros about this company
Cons
Management tries to use intimidation to run the departments. In this trying time of uncertainty management continues to tell staff that if they get sick they will need to turn to the government for help. The lead men are so rude and incompetent they believe because they have a “title” that they can talk down to the employees.
