      New management doesn't know what they're doing. Rare that the new "director" follows through on anything.

      the environment is a good place to be, because everyone is friendly and you can learn a lot from the people around you.

      doesn't seem like much room for growth. they're set in their ways, and rarely do what they actually say they are going to do in a timely manner.
