      doesn't seem like much room for growth. they're set in their ways, and rarely do what they actually say they are going to do in a timely manner.

      Most of your co-workers treat you like family. There is potential to grow, but only if you want to put the work into it.

      Cons

      New management doesn't know what they're doing. Rare that the new "director" follows through on anything.
