      Complete Garbage: Stay as far as you can

      Pros

      Possible restructuring might give fresh equity to any employees left.

      Cons

      Complete lack of transparency. Never seen more disastrous execution in my career. Half the company laid off with more upcoming and promises of retention that never materialize even after verbal commitments.

      Cutting edge industry , working with top brand names in the space , lots of political clout

      Cons

      No company vision or goals , no HR and poor employee management , little to no leadership and direction , lots of churn at exec level, no communication to employees

      Interesting Product, Interesting Company to Work For

      Pros

      CEO was Schwarzenegger's Chief of Staff for eight years, very well connected, able to make things happen for the company unlike any place I have worked. Cool product to work with. Everything installed thus far has come through Tesla Stationary Storage out of their gigafactory. Incredibly innovative product line. Amazingly fun place to work. Interesting, diverse, work force.

      Cons

      No HR presence. Some churn at the executive level.
