Good company. Lots of room for advancement. I started out as a mold remediation crew leader and moved over to the renovation side as a superintendent. Long hours and stressful in the beginning. I got my construction management degree working days and school at night. Was not easy. Once I moved up to project manager I really started making bank. The owner and his staff are demanding, but after awhile I was like one of the core people. Both my mom and dad got really sick and I’m in Florida taking care of them and working for a GC down here. I have a job if I can get back to PA or the Atlanta office. Not making nearly as much down here.
