Thank you for the compliments. Advantage Tech does have one of the highest starting recruiter salaries in the industry - especially in KC. To earn commission's you have to make placements. Our commission and monthly bonus program is on the high-end of the industry as well.

- Good Culture - Good Training - A lot of Structure (Always helpful in your first job.) - Well respected local company

Cons

- Not a lot of growth opportunity - Helicopter Management - Low Pay (40K base) - Terrible Benefits - Very unrespectful transition after putting in my 2 weeks.
