Theres no evaluation of employees...just a session where they outright decide you are great at your job but wont get a raise or go up in career. By the way...I asked for the career sheet when I went to HR and they refused to show it to me. No matter how good you are, people who are slackers and brown nosers ( and its frightening that the company is full of them ) will get raised, despite doing nothing all day. Slackers spend the day covertly taking pictures and pointing fingers at your work to the management who, idiotically, listen.
Don't even think to give a constructive critic. You will be marked. Plus, supervisors are NEVER on the work floor. Ever. They pocket the money and expect employees to carry all the weight for them. If you think this is just a rant from a frustrated ex employee, go work there and see. The company is accepting anyone who sees. Theres no selectionor training. The result...you will watch as soon as you enter. Pay, as you would expect...is as low as it gets.
