Smart people working hard and being nice to each other
Feb 3, 2023 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Agiloft is full of smart people who care about the work they do and about each other.
Cons
Agiloft is growing fast and that can come with a set of predictable headaches around resources and communication. It’s not outside the bounds of what is normal.

BEST company I’ve worked with!!!
Jan 5, 2023 - Commercial Account ExecutiveRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Tons of resources in training. People are extremely kind and helpful calmer that’s the crucial factor, especially being in the remote work environment. CLM industry has been growing and Agiloft is positioned to be the leader continuously and can’t wait to see what the future brings us.
Cons
None that I can think of right now

Why I quit
Feb 27, 2023 - Solution Architect in Redwood City, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
When I started at Agiloft, it was an amazing place and I look back fondly on time spent in an awesome culture with so many dedicated, fun and amazing people.
Cons
FTV took over and brought in a management team from Apttus with a culture of arrogance, politics and backstabbing. Now it is just another company ruled and ruined by private equity.

Great culture and environment. It is not just stated but FELT! Coming in with 8yrs experience and it is most definitely being utilized, meanwhile adding new experiences and methods under my belt. It has been a pleasant experience overall thus far....looking forward to a long relationship with Agiloft.
Cons
Fast pace....but thats not a con, unless you arent prepared or used to slower moving machine.

Amazing company culture and great future outlook
Oct 20, 2022 - Enterprise Project ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Agiloft has an amazing company culture at all levels. No matter to whom you speak to in the company, people love working here. As a true remote-first company, Agiloft also manages the work-from-home situation quite well by offering a lot of flexibility, wellness benefits and respects personal time off. The product is highly customizable with a no-code platform, which is a true game changer for our clients.
Cons
Since the company is remote first, the colleagues are working from all across North America, which requires some flexibility to accommodate for the time zone differences.

Pros
Great people and with one exception, a solid leadership team.
Cons
Leadership keeps saying they’ll evaluate an inflation adjustment and we never hear anything else. This is the second year they told us that story. Assuming the past lack of action is indicative of the future, there will be no salary adjustment. That means we all effectively make 16% less than we did in early 2020.

Great Company, Bright Future
Oct 10, 2022 - Director of Demand Generation in Lehi, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Agiloft is made up of primarily incredibly smart and talented people who are experts in their fields. This allows you to rely on and trust others to do their jobs. It has a remote-working environment, which can, at some companies, be difficult, but Agiloft does everything it can to make it feel as human as possible and connects employees in several productive ways. The company continues to hit goals and move forward, which ultimately becomes the culture.
Cons
It's fast-paced - not really a con. There's a lot of work to be done, so people who are looking for a passive role, it's probably not at Agiloft.

The culture is as important as the product
Oct 17, 2022 - MarketingRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Unending focus on the quality of the product and a roadmap that future proofs our customers - but always prioritizing our team first. Agiloft is living proof you can continually raise the bar in the marketplace for the performance of your product and your company in a way that's positive, engaging, and kind.
Cons
Hard to find something. There is a commonality of the "SaaS condition," and rapid growth always has growing pains -- but Agiloft remains focused on making progress in a way that brings everyone along.

An excellent, highly-collaborative company with a fantastic culture
May 31, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- 100% remote, and has been for years - operations weren't as impacted by recent world events as other companies may have been - intelligent coworkers who display brilliance, empathy, and drive day-in and day-out - in multiple years working at Agiloft, I have not had a single negative interaction with a coworker. Disagreements are handled amicably and collaboratively, with everyone's voice being heard and considered - an out-of-this-world company culture, which is no small feat for a remote company. Half-day Fridays in summer, random gifts of branded merchandise, personal and professional development stipends, and countless online resources centered around discussing watercooler-esque topics like food recipes, fitness programs, pets, pop culture, travel, sports, and video games. I feel closer to my coworkers here then I ever did working in an office. - rapid growth and expertise in a field that is expanding significantly, with awards to back it up
Cons
- Like most tech companies, opinions tied to US politics have infiltrated some of the community channels and HR policies in a one-sided manner. Some may consider this a Pro

Best Company I've Ever Worked At
Oct 5, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Culture! Everyone is always open to help and genuinely care that you get the answer you're looking for. Benefits are the best: pay, vacation, professional development, insurance, remote and quarterly wellness days just to name a few.
Cons
None that I can offer at this time.
