Old long time management unflexible Management live in offices, do not lead, mentor or change with growth of business HR related to VP- too many legal complaints against HR yet untouchable Huge turnover in certain depts while HR and upper management ignore Morale extremely low: bullying especially from HR dept, uses write ups against employees to keep a hold on Lower level employment work over ten years with no raise or room for promotion No ladder of promotion established Upper management constantly getting title changes and raises Clicks with HR and personal information shared, huge security breaches Upper management abuse of powers

Everything. Very bad pay, extremely dirty ,crude and unsafe work environment. The supervisors are so bad I cannot believe they don't have a ton of lawsuits. Fermentation is the worst of all departments. Every supervisor that has been there over 3 years should be fired or nothing will never change.
