Pros
The people are generally friendly, but that's about it.
Cons
Where to begin. This place has so many problems. First, the pay is absolutely disgraceful. Unless you make it to upper management, expect to be payed far too little for your time. And they refuse to increase pay to match with increased cost of living. Big reason to avoid this place. Second, promotion is based more on who you know rather than what you know or how much you work. You can do everything right, put in the extra effort and do tons of overtime but if you aren't either friends or related to the higher ups (like dating/married to the president's daughter) you aren't going to make it out of the lowest ranks. The talk of "you get what you put in" is just not true. If I could give this place less than one star, then I would. It's needs to do some serious soul searching, if it even has one.
