Good for entry level logistics, not mid or senior level job seekers, and few modern company perks

      Pros

National company with offices in 35 cities. Family owned - history of doing the right thing. Company pays all monthly insurance costs and 80 percent of other costs, but you aren't eligible for benefits until you have been employed for 90 days. Leaders care about their employees. Quarterly bonus program but you are not eligible until after 1st year.

      Cons

Monthly 24 hour on-call requirements for Transportation Broker role. No work from home opportunities. Not a good opportunity for mid-career job seekers or parents with young children. Nepotism. 2 weeks vacation (and 5 days sick leave) but not eligible for vacation until after 90 days.

      Great Company

Oct 23, 2019 - Freight Broker in Charlotte, NC

      Pros

This is an awesome office to work for. There is a really great team in place in this office with lots of experience and long term core customers and carriers. It is a fast paced, cohesive, team environment. I would recommend this office to any broker who is looking for a change from the rat race of other brokerages.

      Cons

Can be long hours. Can be stressful. This comes with the territory of this industry.
