I have been working at Allios full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Can move up very quickly, but that also means a lot of under-experienced people in high positions - Can provide a good learning experience for future jobs -- you will gain a lot of knowledge in several different areas, but you are also getting trained by people in your same position that have only been doing the job for 2 months. - The job also allows you to learn what kinds of warning signs to look out for at other companies. - Easy to talk to whoever you want in the company, titles aren't too daunting.

    Cons

    - Training for new employees is done by inexperienced people who have been on the role for 3 months or less. - The company does not take concerns about safety or ethics seriously. Someone could come into work drunk and no one would do anything about it. - You are constantly being kept from knowing things even if they directly apply to you and your success, no matter what you do to try to get answers. - While at first having a young, relaxed team seems like a plus -- it quickly proves to be a lack of professionalism and a harmful work environment. - Pay is terrible for the job you are doing. - Chain of command is nonexistent, you have senior managers getting involved at low levels and lower level managers taking on extreme tasks. The people here are good people, but the company is running with a bad business model. - There's only so much growth before you can't move up anymore. Working here longer than 5 years is unrealistic.

    Pros

Nice coworkers, Weekends off, decent work life/balance.

    Cons

Not much PTO, fires employees instead of transferring them, Upper management doesn't care about the front line workers, the only thing that matters is the profit, company is to cheap to take care of their employees.

I have been working at Allios full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Company Culture - they really take the time to invest and grow their employees. You get out of it what you put in. Opportunity to make your mark - the company has a really flat organization so you really get noticed when you bring ideas to the table. Even better is that people listen and will trial and implement those ideas. Great Experience - everyone in the organization starts from the bottom and get a full experience of the different aspects of supply chain. When you transition into a management role this has really helped me because I can speak to the processes and what is actually happening. Promote from within- they really look to develop their employees. Almost everyone in the company has been promoted Up through the organization. Huge growth - the company has doubled in size over a short period of time. This has made a lot of opportunities for employees to step up. They have always taken chances on people who are willing to raise their hand and work hard

    Cons

Really nothing bad to say about the company.
