Executive leaders are resistant to change. Direct reports to Mark are not all in alignment in how to reach Mark’s goals. Some make decisions that are counterproductive to Mark’s goals.

Has a great program called the ONE conference where it brings many employees to Lexington, KY and educates them on new technologies and trends in the industry. Very uplifting and future focused.

Always saying they are the best and have best products but when potential customers try products they have a hard time proving they work. High turnover of customers.
