Pros

Maintenance usually gets 2 days off per week with some project exceptions. Benefits ok. Jr. Mechanics, Get two years in, and get out, before you become a toxic a.h. Loved training you newbies. I'm not, but if you're a felony, they will hire you.

Cons

All supervisors start out human, then loose all humanity, emulating the boss, (better names apply). Attendance will get you. Near death, explosions, or IN.States of emergencyon highways,no excuses. Be ready to do all the training for high turnover production, AND production managers. Nice if they knew their jobs. They think they do, and will mess up machines. Nice, they hire S.Americans but they get hurt from no training. They hide bad product on trailers during customer inspections, bring it back out for reuse. Nasty toxic environment, with smiling faces that tell lies.
