Some of the partners are nice, but the two partners who run the show are utter sociopaths. No transparency with hiring and firing; old fashioned, discriminatory behavior. It is patently obvious who is the abusive partner another reviewer mentioned; he's hard to miss, and the other reviewer is spot on. If this is your only option take it, but look for opportunities ASAP, because you could find yourself out on the street at a moments notice. This is a deeply unethical place that is willing to ruin associates' careers for a power trip.

Partners there can be an awful bunch.One in particular likes to insult associates, work them to the bone, and will then joke that he's only "mentoring." That same partner is also one of the most unethical people I have ever worked with. Firm over the years has shrunk considerably, and there is a way higher percentage of associates now focused prosecution than in past.
