Pros

Great culture with easy access to leadership who are quick to support with decisions (great in sales :) )

Cons

If you're not comfortable with a fast paced organisation and able to adopt to changes, it might not be for you.

A business of total clandestine culture

Pros

Excellent camaraderie amongst the staff. Lovely and always helpful — great banter as well.

Cons

Seeing as my previous review was removed I can say this speaks volumes for the coverup at was constantly occurring at AppLearn. Completely unsurprising giving the fact they lied to staff about updates to the business whilst I was there. Seeing staff getting let go after a Christmas party was really the shock of a lifetime when the business promotes such “positive” work culture. Don’t believe the hype on their Top Ten best places to work — you’re a payroll number until they decide they can’t keep you on due to their financial mismanagement and overbearing obligations to their overseas investors
