      Pros

      Great salary. Crazy-smart peers. Management that come from development backgrounds. No micro-management. Treated with respect. Allowed to make my own decisions. Transparent business decisions.

      Needs a company jet. Just kidding, or am I?

      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked for! I am surrounded by incredible talent, and feel empowered and encouraged to make real decisions on client site. Compared to the other "consulting firms" I have worked for, its like night and day.

      I wish we had company stock options.

      Pros

      Friendly, casual working environment, flexible hours, good compensation and benefits package. NServiceBus gold partner. You may get to work with NServiceBus, Angular and other hot technologies.

      Cons

      All you can eat snacks, sodas and Red Bull. (Not really a con, is it? Just make sure you get plenty of exercise!)
