      Pros

      Very competent employees - both the data scientists and data engineers are top tier and I would highly recommend them. Traders are also approachable and excellent

      Cons

      The software gui itself for nimbus looks a bit outdated. The company has the scale of a startup, but the inflexibility of a corporate company.

      The company is still a startup even though it's been around for a while now. This naturally comes with a lot of ups and downs.
