    Pros

Family Atmosphere. CEO knows everyone name. Great work/life balance. Everyone is passionate about their job. Its baseball for pete's sake.

    Cons

Depending on where you are with the company, your shelf life will be limited. Don't plan to retire here and don't seek any internal growth within 3 years. Best to be successful, network within and move on positively.

    Advice to Management

Its sports so the environment is understandable. Be upfront with new employees. Let them know what the situation is and have them prepared once their time is up.
