      Ghosted after scheduling, lack of respect for time

      Array Reached out and scheduled a call for a Full-time Position

      Cons

      Not only did they ghost me, they never replied to my follow up to reschedule the call and my understanding that things get busy. Array is full of nonsense. Work where people respect your time, energy, and are kind.

      Pros

      Good insurance benefits at reasonable employee contribution, excellent holiday schedule with ample PTO. Nice coworkers. Eco-conscious industry.

      Cons

      Cube farm office environment, loud and no privacy. Understaffed department and a micromanaging director with a 'just do as I say' attitude without fully understanding the work. Not many in management with people skills.

      Pros

      Complete lack of direct supervision the manority of the time. Took like 3 months to actually meet my manager in person for the first time

      Cons

      Excessively loud working environment in production/storage areas and poor air quality. Never ending problems because of all the previous issues never being resolved, zero traceability reliability
