Pros
Family feel toward employees from all management and fellow workers. Age is no limit. A requirement is the ability to use a smartphone - particularly for maps (GPS), communication, and access to cameras. Attention to details, and good reading (English) comprehension a must. Automatic driver's licence needed. Evening and Night work, no fixed shifts, no set days. 24/7 availability, though not required, is a asset.
Cons
No consistent work load. Varies from nothing (school holidays to extremely busy (13+ hour shifts multiple days), some heavy lifting (ladders), working at 2+ meter heights on side of roads, lots of driving.
