    Pros

    Good pay and great benefits

    Cons

Forced overtime. Management treats like a number instead of a person.

I have been working at Auto Warehousing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Plenty of room for growth if you can prove yourself. Opportunities in other areas are easy to come by if you get bored with your position. Cars are new and everything is standardized so it's easy work. Management does more for their employees than any other place I know of. Parties, lunches, prizes at the parties and a turkey at Thanksgiving. Good hours and overtime is hit and miss.

    Cons

The biggest drawback of this place are the few associates with negative attitudes that affect others. We are Union so there's only so much that can be done. Pay could be better. Overtime eats into family time sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people and maybe another manager. Manage overtime better.

I worked at Auto Warehousing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay great benefits for managers the average rank and file not so much.

    Cons

Good old boy network. High turnover due to temporary work force. Training is not standardized or organized. Some unethical management practices brought to HR's attention but swept under the rug. Worst job I have ever had long hours no work home life balance.

    Advice to Management

Need all new management at the Fairfield location too many of the same issues brought up by former employees to ignore.

I have been working at Auto Warehousing full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Opportunities to make a decent wage with great benefits. Just gotta stick it out and get your time in. Experienced management. They've all worked the jobs we do.

    Cons

Long hours. Hard to make plans. Typical union environment. Sometimes coworkers act like spoiled brats when they don't get their way. I wish some of those old timers could see what it's like in the real world now. Management protects the overagers.

    Advice to Management

Ask me how I am. Listen more.

I worked at Auto Warehousing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Steady work and benefits, decent location and union breaks. Pays better than some entry level work I've had. The work itself is pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

    Cons

The training process was haphazard at best. Sort of a "here you go, ok good luck." sort of process. Leads were patient and helpful but coworkers were not.

When you're new, don't expect to get your base pay often. Coworkers can be cold and abrasive. Not maliciously I think, just busy and stressed.

None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

    Pros

Internal growth, unheard of out of pocket cost for health benefits lower than , takes care of associates who want to grow, learn and be great.

    Cons

Some employees only want to complain
