      smart people great mission standout pipeline of projects

      Cons

      disorganized scope across teams increasingly toxic work culture eroding good will - coming from the top down (finger pointing, name calling, last minute requests, unclear understanding of asks, occasional outbursts/yelling at people on calls) overworked incentives misaligned between private equity, management, and individual contributors

      Pros

      Company culture is generally positive. Lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Many are overworked and Cliff Graham, CEO, is reminiscent of a 1950’s advertising executive complete with constant sports analogies and grandstanding while belittling his workforce.
