I worked with them a long time ago: This company doesn’t know the respect of their workers. I’ve seen a lot of people fired without notice and without a good reason. They used to ring me over business hours expecting me to work without any extra cost. Almost every day, included the weekends! The team lead used to yell at anyone who was not able to answer his questions. Also, the company’s owner has no idea how the IT environment works and entrusts himself to someone more incompetent than himself.
