Warning, do not work here unless you enjoy being belittled, berated, humiliated, working ridiculous hours (longggg days and most weekends - no you can't not work these hours) and eventually fired (for no specific reason) in front of the entire office. I watched it happen to so many coworkers I lost count, and when I finally quit, well there was defiantly hell to pay. My only regret was not doing it sooner. Lisa Monteleone (owner) is miserable depraved human being inside and out and it is evident in the way that she treats 'her' employees, a true sociopath. Stay away.

the reason you work with so many talented designers is because of the high turn over, low wages, long hours, and the owner who is ungrateful, indecisive, and highly demanding. Everything is always last minute and the owner will scream and belittle all employees if they can't get contractors on the phone right away.
