      Pros

      Teams within the company are great and there is opportunity to learn

      Cons

      Company has been constantly restructuring since COVID and has had multiple rounds of layoffs each quarter. They let go employees not based on performance but salary. Leadership is constantly changing.

      Pros

      BCV used to be family owned and the Senior Leadership cared about you. It was a wonderful experience! But since getting bought out by Rate Gain, things are the same. All the senior leadership we respected are gone and Rate Gain doesn't seem to care about employees.

      Cons

      Develop your new senior leadership to care about their team and don't furlough employees for 6+ months. Let them go if you have to.
