I worked at BGRS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - flexible schedule (no clock in our out) - good benefits

    Cons

    - no career growth only if you are “favorite” - some managers are not enough knowledge so they know less then regular employees

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at BGRS full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Co-workers are nice and easy to work with

    Cons

Senior leaders are very impersonal, low pay compared to companies in other industries, merit increases and bonus payouts are inconsistent so don't count on them, over worked and not appreciated

I worked at BGRS full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great people and approachable executive team.

    Cons

Quite top heavy, it's hard to move up because there isn't room in the employment structure. The business comes first, before the employees, so even if you have shown specific strengths and aptitude and are ready for the next step, if there isn't a business need for it, they will keep you where you are.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at BGRS full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Vacation time accrual is good. can work 2 days from home

    Cons

High file volumes, nepotism and favoritism run rampant, poor technology. Employees have capability of working from home but management wont allow us to do so during Coronovirus pandemic. Schools, eateries, sporting events etc... are all closed but BGRS wants all employees in the office. They claim to support work/life balance but I guess they just dont care about their employees actual life and health. Actions dont match words especially when it really counts. Just come to work and be a science experiment.
