      Once a great company, now mismanaged by leadership

      Pros

      Used to be a great company to work for. Used to be a hometown sort of company with longtime and loyal clients.

      Cons

      Mismanagement from the top down. CEO focuses on nothing but the bottom line. Employees and clients mean nothing.

      Salary is reasonable. Employees under leadership are nice.

      Cons

      Absolutely NO Training provided to new hires. CEO is miserable and takes it out on all of the staff. CEO doesn't like feedback when it comes to better ways of doing things. High turnovers for this company because of lack of good Leadership!
