      Toxic management destroyed a good work force

      Cons

      Toxic management have destroyed a long service workforce. Used to be a great place to work but management have no idea how to treat people and lie to their perant company over why people are leaving. Top heavy with out of touch management, and a people who wants to bury there head in the sand. Expecting people to work ridiculous hours and If you question it 'that's shift work'. Management statement 'if you're not happy you know where the gate is'

      Provides training and skills upgrade. Not blaming culture but more of problem solving. Nice bosses.
