The work is exciting, the people are some of the smartest and most strategic I’ve ever collaborated with, and there’s a strong spirit of teamwork across teams and disciplines. Leadership, including our CEO, is thoughtful, transparent, and forward-looking—they set a vision that feels both inspiring and achievable. I genuinely feel supported here, both professionally and personally, and that makes all the difference. A good ol boys club. Promotions abound to the inept. Accusations fly from managers without merit or substance. Many, many layoffs. A real shame.
