I worked at Bam Strategy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great company culture, good working environment, wide range of clients, nice people. At BAM they understand Work/Life balance and will accommodate to everybody's needs if they can.

    Cons

If the company's objectives don't seem reachable, half of the company will be sacked without any warning. Hard to bring good work together when you have to work twice the amount of time on a ejector seat.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to say no to a client when their demand doesn't make sense, and work on your onboardings better so that CS knows how to handle the tech talk internally and externally.

I worked at Bam Strategy (More than 8 years)

    Pros

BAM represented an amazing career opportunity for me. I had the chance to develop my skills and grow a lot. It is an environment that welcomes people who are passionate about what they do and are not afraid to share their thoughts and contribute. People care about what they do: the deliverables and the relationships that they have which creates a respectful and engaging environment

    Cons

I would say that it's an organization that changes all the time. So, if anyone prefers a more stable culture...not the right place. It's truly an evolving industry and the organization functions like that... people who have a hard time dealing with changes would find difficult to adapt.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work/ and heart on doing things!

    Pros

Awesome talented people who all help each other. BAM manages to create an environment of collaboration which is nice considering so many places are full of people just trying to get ahead no matter who they knock down.

Get to work with interesting clients

    Cons

Pay is not that great which they try to make up for with company outings and fun events.

I worked at Bam Strategy full-time

    Pros

Teams are positive, supportive, and intelligent.

Pizza, birthday celebrations, achievement recognition (repetitious for those who constantly have an involvement in things)

Teaches you how to work in constant high-stress, frustrating situations.

    Cons

If you enjoy 55 hour work weeks day in day out with pay similar to that of a McDonald's employee this is the place for you. Ping pong tables are sweet, but when people have to pay their rent no one really cares.

Salaries are horribly lopsided for upper-management vs. remaining staff.

Extremely talented individuals who weren't supported/promoted rightfully leave and move on to bigger and better things.

I have been working at Bam Strategy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A friendly and quite informal environment, lunch days, training budget for each employee.

    Cons

It's still small, so not as much upwards growth. There is growth in terms of more tasks and responsabilities, but not up in ranking.

    Advice to Management

Definitely continue promoting the company culture, it's a good base to grow and improve with for the future.
