Pros
-One of strongest creative departments I have ever had the pleasure to work with
-Most Colleagues are ready to roll sleeves up and tackle any project in their way.
-Periodic in-person gatherings were great
Cons
-The leadership at BAM approaches problems passively, and reactively.
-Client Service leadership was not solutions oriented
-Finger-pointing culture is common
-Poor high-level account management lead to massive attrition, impacting jobs.
-No real training/DEI initiatives in place. It was talked about a ton, but never really activated.
