Pros

Free drinks, fun environment, and you get to take home food "waste" instead of trashing it.

Cons

Difficult to get promoted or a pay increase, company policy will penalize you for being sick even with a Drs note unless you work while I'll (gross imo), closers will need to work spontaneous extra hours without notice if the opening/day shift did not go well to catch up.
