I have been working at BeavEx full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Hard working operations / customer service team. Drivers come and go but staff is a pleasure to work with.

    Cons

Corporate Operations "leadership" has their ideas how to run local business but little knowledge of reality. The epitome of micro management.

    Advice to Management

EOS looks to be demanding better results. Corporate musical chairs is not the best approach, you have great leaders at the local level, tap into your real talent and stop applying lipstick on a pig.
