    Pros

Had the opportunity to work with multiple projects. Office coworkers were great, as well as most drivers. I enjoyed working multiple roles while employed at Beavex.

    Cons

Corporate office was a joke, withheld info from local office, constant turnover at the HQ. No advancement, no raises and less hours after 3 years of employment and taking on more responsibility. Very cutthroat environment, not a fun place to work after a few years.

I worked at BeavEx full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

Local office staff, managers and regional manager are the best group I ever worked with. The local's genuine concern for well being and education is remarkable.

    Cons

Too many musical chairs at the corporate level. They need to get one software/ scanning platform and run with it.

Instead of doing across the board cuts, allow them to manage the Terminal as they need to ensure they meet the P&L requirements. Offer better starting salaries to bring...
