The company has deleted many negative reviews on Google and various platforms. Good chance this does not stay up for long. The majority of 5 star reviews come from an international staffing agencies office. Your contract states you’ll make 25% commission, but you are paid 24.5% to pay for the overseas coordinators. You’re promised operational assistance but by using an overseas staffing agency, you are very limited in what you can do with them. Different work ethic and culture. This is a classic boiler room type organization. Very high turnover (I get it logistics is tough), but management will hire bodies just to show growth on paper.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked at and I have worked at some bad ones. They make videos online about work life balance and how they respect your time at home. From customers to managers to even co-workers your phone never stops buzzing from the second you wake up at 6:30am till you go to bed at 10pm so don’t buy any of that. They run their business model like any other scam logistics companies. Work you like a dog until you burn out and then take your customers after firing you, or you quit. Then they will hit you with a non solicitation so all that hard work you did finding customers will no longer be a thing you can bring to any other company. I worked at this company for a good second and in a 1 year gap watched 60+ people get fired or quit in that span. Guess what they sold me on in the interview “we don’t have high turnover” then I got to witness that puppy mill of a company.
